Candidate Profile
I am a current TECT Trustee seeking reappointment. I bring a diverse viewpoint and skillset for the governance team to deliver on the TECT strategy and make meaningful impact. I am current Chair of the TECT Finance and Risk Committee. Before becoming a current TECT Trustee, I was previously an independent advisor to the Committee.
I am a Chartered Accountant with 25 years’ experience. As an Associate Director with a global accounting firm, I bring financial acumen. I have an appreciation of the TECT portfolio to deliver grants and I would ensure the valuable rebate continues.
I ‘married in’ to Tauranga and joined the Gemming family, who have inspired me to serve our community. As a mum of three, our family often use TECT-enabled facilities and programmes but with a governance lens, I can see the bigger picture and I would ‘hit the ground running’ if elected, thank you.
